In these five days you will learn how to skillfully weave technical knowledge and possibility into your teaching style and your own life.

This Power Yoga Teaching Intensive will allow you to feel confident in your ability to teach students safely and effectively, and will give you tremendous insight into the world of yoga. The training is for teachers, aspiring teachers as well as for students who want to deepen their understanding of yoga as a practice and a way of living.

About Laurie

Laurie Howe was certified at Kripalu Yoga Centre in 2005 and has been teaching yoga at the Rama Lotus Yoga Centre ever since. Her primary focus is Anusara Yoga with Todd Norian, Anne Green and John Friend and she continues to study with them.  She trained with David Swenson and Mark Darby in the Ashtanga Primary Series, Level One Power Yoga with Baron Baptiste. Today, Laurie is an inspirational yoga teacher in the community of Ottawa.  She leads her yoga classes with a sense of adventure, patience and humour.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are available with written notice of cancellation up to 21 days before the course begins (April 26th, 2012) less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be available after April 26th, for any reason, including once the course has started.
