Join Laurie Howe for a fun and interactive training in the powerful art of assisting.
This hands-on training will spark a true understanding of asana, transforming your teaching, your assisting, and your practice. You will learn concrete skills for safe, effective hands-on assisting, and you will experience principles of alignment with a deepened awareness which will allow you to fully understand a pose.
This workshop is open to students and teachers of all levels. As a teacher, you will gain confidence and tools in delivering assists that are direct, clear, and powerful; showing up in your students both on and off their mats! If you do not teach yet, you will gain a new perspective of your personal practice and a deeper understanding of energetic flow.
