Nina Sidhu, Director and Founder of Yoga & Tea Studio, has been practicing various forms of yoga for over 10 years. She obtained her certification in Level I Kundalini and Level I Radiant Child Teacher Training in 2005, and has been teaching since, in the Ottawa West-Carleton area. She enjoys providing practical insight and yogic tips that students can easily apply to real-life situations. She also specializes in Pre-Natal yoga, Baby & Me yoga, & Children's yoga.
