Yoga is Tania's passion. She has been captivated since her first class in January 2000. She is a certified Kundalini, Hatha and Radiant Child Yoga Teacher. Tania believes that yoga should be fun and inspiring and that it's by "keeping up" that one finds his/her full potential.
