Susan is an internationally certified yogi, educator and coach. Her extensive training and experiences, including 15 years of full time study in the Himalayas with a master yogi, allows her to skillfully bring the wisdom of the the ancient traditions alive in the ever changing and present 21st century.
One-to-one private sessions are available in yoga, meditation, Lifestyle Coaching and Quantum Touch(R) energy healing. Susan is a member of the Canadian Order of Naturopaths and Natural Therapies, (ANN) and therefore able to issue receipts for certain insurance purposes.
